You can pay online with a credit card immediately when the choice of online payment is selected.
When the amount is deducted?
The amount will be deducted from your account immediately after payment authorization.
How can I cancel my registration?
You can cancel your registration to the event here on the site or via our hotline form. If you cancel before the deadline, the fee will be credited. If you have already paid, you will receive the money via bank transfer.
Do I have any rights of withdrawal?
Because it is an event (participation in an event) you pay for, there is no general right of withdrawal as there is for e-commerce in general. However, there may be specific conditions that allow you to cancel without paying the fee. Details and deadline for canceling your registration is stated at each event.
Which credit cards can be used?
We accept credit card payment by Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro and American Express, both from Denmark and abroad.
Safety payments with credit card
All credit and debit card transactions are processed via DIBS payment system (www.dibs.dk). DIBS are approved by the Nets Denmark A/S, and meet all the requirements concerning security that Nets Denmark A/S requires.
This includes encryption of transmissions, encryption of stored information, a comprehensive systematic testing, virus protection and use of encryption certificate from Verisign.
Prices
All payments at ida.dk are in Danish kroner and any VAT will appear from the price.
Confirmation email
Once you have completed your payment, you will receive an email with confirmation on your registration and your payment.
Check your information
When you register, you have the option of selecting a billing address. You can add / modify your address during registration.
Important information regarding personal data on participant lists: Your name, title and company name will appear on the participant list for this event if you have previously given consent or have given consent in connection with registration to this event. The participant list is available to the organizer and the other participants at the event itself in the form of an online participant list. At some events, a name tag is also given out, where your name, title and company name appear. If you unsubscribe from the event, your information will no longer appear on the participant list.
